The ongoing construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya promises to deliver one of the world’s most magnificent temples. Its unique features include gold-plated doors within the innermost shrine, or the sanctum sanctorum, and a golden throne dedicated to Ram Lalla.
These doors, crafted from teak wood, are presently receiving meticulous attention from gold plating artisans to ensure their flawless integration into the temple. The grandeur continues with a golden throne for Ram Lalla, set to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on January 22, 2024.
Comprising 14 doors in total, the temple’s ground floor will showcase these masterpieces, all carved from the specially sourced Sangwan wood from Maharashtra, and accentuated with gold gilding. Adding to the temple’s opulence, there will also be silver footwear for Ram Lalla.
In essence, the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya marks a significant milestone for the nation. Its grandeur stands as a powerful symbol of the devotion and faith held by millions.
