Shreyas Talpade is an Indian actor, film director, and producer who has appeared in Hindi and Marathi films. He was born on January 27, 1976, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Shreyas began his acting career by appearing in Marathi soap operas and doing stage shows across Maharashtra. He also appeared in the Zee TV soap opera Woh (1998) in which he was the main lead. He has also acted in mini-serials for the production “Adhikari Brothers.” Shreyas has appeared in several critically and commercially successful films, including Iqbal, Golmaal, Om Shanti Om, and Welcome to Sajjanpur. He has also directed and produced several Marathi films, including Poster Boys and Sar Utha Ke Jiyo. Shreyas is married to Deepti Talpade, a psychiatrist, and they have three children together. On December 14, 2023, Shreyas Talpade suffered a heart attack and underwent an angioplasty at the Bellevue Hospital in Andheri, Mumbai.
