Toyota has announced that bookings for the diesel variant of the Innova Crysta are now open in India. Customers can reserve the vehicle by paying a booking amount of Rs 50,000. The new Innova Crysta will be available in four different trims and can seat up to seven people.
The car will feature a 2.4-liter diesel engine, making it a suitable option for long-distance travel. The Innova Crysta will sold alongside the recently launched Hycross.
The new Innova Crysta boasts a refreshed design with added chrome accents on the front grille and bumper, while maintaining its recognizable MPV silhouette.
The vehicle will offer in four different variants – G, GX, VX, and ZX – and will be available in both seven and eight-seat layouts. Inside, the Crysta features a powered driver seat, rear air conditioning vents with a digital display, a seatback table, and leather upholstery in black and tan.
Safety features include seven airbags, front and rear parking sensors, brake assist, and a three-point seatbelt. The Crysta will powered by a 2.4-liter diesel engine producing 148 horsepower and 343 Nm of torque, paired with a five-speed manual transmission. However, it should noted that this model will not offered with an automatic gearbox or a petrol powertrain option.
Pricing for the new Innova Crysta is expected to announced in the coming weeks. The Toyota Innova Crysta will sold alongside the recently launched Hycross in India market.
