The start of the year 2022 was not promising. On January 1, word of the deaths of 13 devotees in a stampede for Mata Vaishno’s darshan arrived in Katra, Jammu, and Kashmir. The epicenter of the earthquake is thought to be near the Afghanistan-Tajikistan border. There has been no damage to property as a result of this earthquake. At 6:45 a.m., these shocks were felt in Jammu & Kashmir.
